Candidate Skills -
1.Typically be qualified to degree level in telecommunications or a related technical disciplin.

3.Minimum experience in a technical customer facing role in a support environment.
4.Must be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization.
5.Troubleshooting L1 issues.
